Title: Coordinator for CHASE cohort development programme: Material Evidence and Affective Responses: Archival Encounters and the Craft of Writing
Rate of Pay: £16.55 p/h
Expected Hours: Variable, total c50 hours, timetable flexible
Length of Employment: 1 November 2022 – 13 January 2023
Job Summary:
To provide key administrative assistance in the development and execution of the CHASE cohort development programme: Material Evidence and Affective Responses: Archival Encounters and the Craft of Writing. This consists of three in-person workshops will be held at Sussex (22 November and 10 January) and Kent (6 December).
Key Duties:
● Working with Ben Highmore and Hannah Field on planning and logistics of events at Sussex.
● Working with Stella Bolaki and Carolyn Pedwell on planning and logistics of events at Kent.
● Liaising with the attendees to the workshops (maximum 20).
● Collating and distributing pre-workshop packs.
● Contacting and liaising with final workshop speaker.
● Organising catering.
● Liaising with CHASE and reporting on finances.
● Taking a lead on the creation of an online legacy deposit of materials.
