Resilience: Balancing demands and resources

Training Organisation: Dr. Sarah Robins-Hobden

Delivery: Online, one half day

Programme Description:

Sometimes we focus on the external demands and resources as the constraining factors in how we operate. Recalibrating our focus to include internal / personal demands and resources offers us a more complete - and more helpful - view of our resilience. In this interactive workshop you will encounter a range of approaches and tools for managing and supporting your research activities, offering opportunities for more creative problem-solving and decision-making.

Learning Outcomes:

Engaging with this workshop will enable you to:
• Clarify and triage the demands of your research with your personal resources
• Identify and maximise your successful resilience strategies
• Explore and extend your internal and external resourcing for addressing challenges
