Programme Description:

As a backdrop of result of recent and ongoing events, you are likely dealing with a lot of upheaval in a constantly changing situation clouded with uncertainty. Having changes imposed upon you, you may want to increase your capacity to navigate the process and do what you can to respond in a way that serves you better. In this session you will analyse your approaches to change and how those approaches are influencing the way you are experiencing change right now. We will explore the nature of change and decision-making in uncertainty. In this workshop you’ll work with other researchers and gain a deeper understanding of your personal change responses and explore with a range of strategies and techniques for handling change.

Learning Outcomes:

Engaging with this workshop will enable you to:
• Assess your current approaches to change: which serve you, and which might be developed to serve you better
• Explore the common processes of change, and relate to your own previous and current experiences
• Analyse a variety of techniques and strategies for coping with change, and developing yourself in the process
