Resilience: Decision-making in uncertainty

Training Organisation: Dr. Sarah Robins-Hobden

Delivery: Online, one half day

Programme Description:

Sometimes there are no ‘right’ decisions but many potential ‘good’ decisions. Working in uncertainty can deplete our motivation and focus over time, making it hard to hold clarity in our choices. This interactive workshop will equip you to create personalised strategies that minimise the negative impact of uncertainty whilst adapting your decision-making to help you move forward. You’ll explore your capacity for adaptability, and how you can turn to your core values for guidance in managing the emotional impact of change and uncertainty.

Learning Outcomes:

Engaging with this workshop will enable you to:
• Improve your decision-making in conditions of uncertainty
• Manage better the emotional impacts of uncertainty and stress
• Align your choices with your value-system even when under pressure
